The settlement allows affected individuals to claim up to $5,000 in compensation if they were impacted by the incident between May 2021 and May 2023. To qualify, individuals need to file a valid claim before February 18, 2025. No proof is required to claim a pro rata cash award, though documented monetary loss claims must include supporting evidence.
