The settlement includes a $9 million cash fund, a $300,000 administration fund, a capped credit amount of $21 million for use in the ParkMobile App, and $2.5 million for business remedial measures. Alternatively, users can opt to receive a $1 credit in the ParkMobile app if they forego the cash payment.
