Settlement Summary
MAM USA Corporation, a popular manufacturer and seller of baby products, has agreed to a $2.75 million class action settlement following allegations of breach of express warranty, violation of consumer protection laws, and unjust enrichment related to their products. The lawsuit was filed based on claims that MAM Baby sold certain products under misleading pretenses, allegedly resulting in financial losses for consumers. Consumers who purchased one or more qualifying MAM Baby products between Thursday, March 17, 2016, and Monday, September 30, 2024, for personal use (not for resale), may be eligible for a payout. Eligible consumers can claim up to $1.50 without proof, a $6 voucher without proof, or up to $20 with proof, or up to $30 voucher if they have supporting documentation.
