Eligibility Requirements

  • Be a current or former owner or lessee of an eligible Class Vehicle
  • Vehicle must be equipped with a brazed scroll turbocharger (VIN lookup available on the settlement site)
  • Eligible models include: 2013–2016 Range Rover Evoque, 2015–2017 Discovery Sport, and 2013–2015 Land Rover LR2
  • Vehicle must have been registered in the United States on or before September 27, 2024
  • For reimbursement: paid out of pocket for a qualifying turbocharger repair/replacement and/or an engine repair/replacement caused by turbocharger failure
  • Failure must have been diagnosed or repaired within 10 years in service and within 100,000 miles (no reimbursement beyond these limits)
  • Reimbursement amount depends on vehicle age and mileage at the time of diagnosis/repair
  • Standard exclusions apply (e.g., damage from accidents or not following required maintenance schedules)
